Shipping Area

  • We ship to addresses in the United States only (including the 50 states and Washington, D.C.). We do not ship internationally.

Shipping Costs

  • Shipping is FREE for all standard orders. Any promotional or special shipping offers will be clearly noted at checkout.

Handling Time

  • Orders are processed and prepared for shipment within 0–1 business days after order confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or U.S. federal holidays will be processed the next business day.

Estimated Shipping Time

  • Standard shipping transit time is 2–5 business days from the date the order leaves our facility.
  • Delivery times are estimates and begin from the date of shipment, not the date of order.
  • Occasional delays may occur due to carrier issues, high volume, weather, or other uncontrollable factors.

Order Tracking

  • A shipment confirmation email with tracking information will be sent when your order ships. Use that tracking number on the carrier’s website to monitor delivery status.

Delivery and Acceptance

  • Packages will be delivered to the shipping address provided at checkout. Please ensure address accuracy. Redi LLC is not responsible for delays or non-delivery resulting from incorrect addresses.
  • If a carrier marks a package as delivered but you cannot locate it, contact us at support@theredin.com or +1 505 521 2793 and we will help investigate.

Lost, Damaged, or Incorrect Orders

  • If your order is lost, arrives damaged, or is incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@theredin.com with your order number and photos if applicable. We will arrange a replacement or refund after investigation in accordance with our Returns & Refunds policy.

  • We use reputable U.S. carriers. Specific carrier selection is at our discretion to provide the best service for your location and order.

Holiday and Peak Season Shipping

  • During peak seasons and holidays, handling and transit times may be extended. We will notify customers of significant delays when possible.
