You have 30 calendar days from the date you received your item to initiate a return for a refund or exchange.
2. Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:
- Condition: The item must be unread, unused, and in the same condition that you received it. This includes having its original covers, pages, and overall integrity intact.
- Packaging: It must be in its original packaging, if applicable (e.g., shrink-wrapped sets).
- Proof of Purchase: You must provide the original receipt or proof of purchase.
Items that show signs of wear, damage not present at the time of delivery, or that are not in their original, resellable condition may be subject to a partial refund or refusal.
3. Non-Returnable Items / Exceptions
Please note that certain types of items cannot be returned:
- Gift Cards: Gift cards are non-returnable and non-refundable.
- Damaged by Customer: Items damaged after delivery due to misuse, accident, or neglect by the customer are not eligible for return.
4. How to Initiate a Return
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

- Provide Details: Please provide your order number, the name of the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
- Receive RMA: Our team will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed instructions on how to send back your item(s). Please do not send your item back without first obtaining an RMA number.
5. Return Shipping
- Customer Responsibility: Unless the return is a direct result of our error (e.g., you received an incorrect or defective item), the customer is responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning the item. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance, as Redi LLC cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
- Our Error: If the return is due to our error (e.g., incorrect or defective item), Redi LLC will cover the return shipping costs. We will provide you with a prepaid return shipping label.
6. Refunds
Once we receive your returned item and inspect it, we will send you an email notification regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved Returns: If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days. Please note that it may take some additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund to your account.
- Original Shipping Costs: The original shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases where the return is a result of our error (e.g., incorrect or defective item).
7. Exchanges

8. Damaged or Defective Items

We will arrange for a replacement or a full refund, including original shipping costs, and will cover the cost of return shipping for the defective item.
9. Restocking Fee
Redi LLC does not charge a restocking fee for returns that meet the eligibility criteria outlined in this policy.
