- This Billing & Payment Policy explains payment methods, billing procedures, order processing, refunds, taxes, currency, security, and contact information for purchases of digital and physical books through theredin.com. By placing an order you agree to these terms.
Accepted payment methods We accept:
- Major credit and debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover)
- PayPal
- Apple Pay and Google Pay (where available)
- Other third-party payment processors displayed at checkout
All payments are processed in US dollars (USD) unless explicitly stated at checkout.
Authorization and billing
- By providing a payment method you authorize Redi LLC to charge the total amount for the purchase, including applicable taxes, shipping (for physical goods), and any fees shown at checkout.
- Payment authorization is obtained at time of order placement. Orders may be subject to additional verification and approval prior to charging.
- If authorization fails, we will notify you and may cancel the order.
Pricing, taxes, and fees
- Prices shown on theredin.com are the prices applicable at the time of order and include any discounts displayed. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors.
- Sales tax, VAT, or other applicable taxes will be calculated and collected as required by law based on billing/shipping address or buyer location. Tax rates and rules vary by jurisdiction.
- Shipping fees (for physical books) are calculated at checkout and displayed prior to payment.
Electronic delivery (digital books)
- Digital books are delivered electronically via download link, access to your account library, or email after successful payment.
- Delivery is typically immediate but may take up to 24 hours in exceptional cases. If you do not receive access, contact support@theredin.com.
Shipping and billing for physical goods
- Physical books are shipped to the address provided at checkout. Ensure the shipping address is complete and accurate.
- We are not responsible for delays due to carrier issues, customs, or incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.
- Title and risk of loss transfer according to carrier terms upon shipment.
Refunds, returns, and cancellations
- Digital goods: Because digital books are delivered instantly and are non-tangible, we generally do not offer refunds once access/download is provided, except where required by law or in cases of defective files or delivery failures. If you believe you are entitled to a refund, contact support@theredin.com with order details.
- Physical goods: Returns and refunds for physical books follow our Returns Policy. Typically, returns must be requested within the timeframe stated in that policy, and items must be returned in original condition unless damaged in transit.
- Order cancellations: If you need to cancel an order, contact us immediately at support@theredin.com or +1 505 521 2793. Cancellation is possible only before the order is processed or shipped. For digital orders, cancellations are generally not possible once access is granted.
Chargebacks and disputes
- If you dispute a charge with your card issuer or payment provider, please contact us first at support@theredin.com so we can resolve the issue. Excessive or fraudulent chargebacks may result in account suspension and recovery actions.
Payment security and storage
- We use industry-standard encryption (TLS/SSL) and reputable third-party payment processors to protect payment information. Redi LLC does not store full card numbers on our servers except where allowed and encrypted by our payment processors.
- When you save a payment method for convenience, tokens stored by third-party processors are used in lieu of raw payment data.
Fraud prevention
- We may perform fraud checks and request identity or billing verification. Refusal to provide requested information may delay or cancel an order.
Privacy
- Payment and billing information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We collect only data necessary to process payments and comply with legal obligations.
