Return & Refund Policy

Overview

  • This Return & Refund Policy applies to purchases from theredin.com (Redi LLC). We sell physical books and digital books (e-books).

Physical books (printed copies)

  • Return window: You may return eligible physical books within 30 days from the date of delivery for a full refund of the item price.
  • Condition: Returned items must be in the same condition as received (unused, with any original packaging and tags).
  • How to start a return: Email support@theredin.com with your order number, item(s) to return, and reason. We will provide return instructions and an RMA number when required.
  • Return shipping: Unless the return is due to our error (wrong item, damaged or defective), return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • Refund timing: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process the refund within 7 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method. The time it takes to appear on your account depends on your payment provider.
  • No restocking fees: We do not charge restocking fees for returned physical books.

Digital books (e-books)

  • No refunds: Purchases of digital books (e-books, downloads, or other delivered digital content) are final and non-refundable after purchase, except where required by applicable law (for example, if a product is defective and cannot be delivered as described).
  • Defective/download issues: If you experience a technical problem, missing file, or a defective digital product, contact support@theredin.com within a reasonable time after purchase. We will make reasonable efforts to correct issues or provide a replacement.

Exceptions & damaged/incorrect items

  • Damaged or incorrect physical items: If you receive a damaged or incorrect physical book, contact support@theredin.com within 7 days of delivery with photos and order details. We will arrange a replacement or full refund, including return shipping if applicable.
  • Proof required: We may require photos or other proof of damage/defect to process replacements or refunds.

Cancellations

  • Physical orders: Orders for physical books may be canceled before they are shipped. Contact support@theredin.com as soon as possible with your order number.
  • Digital orders: Due to instant delivery, digital purchases cannot be canceled once the download or access has been granted.

Taxes & fees

  • Refunds exclude any non-refundable fees charged by payment processors. Returned shipping costs and original shipping charges are handled as stated above.
